we do not share your information with any third parties other than those
required to process your order.
 Cardservice International provides merchant account service for credit
card processing.
Clicking on the logo will open the Cardservice International web site. The bottom of
their web page has a link to their Privacy Policy.
 We accept MasterCard and Visa. If you do
not feel comfortable using your credit card over the internet, please e-mail us
with your phone number and request so that we may call you to take your order in
person.

Handling and Shipping

All of our products are shipped UPS
or FedEx Standard Ground within 7 to 10 business days of receiving your order.
If an item is back ordered or a Limited Edition Product is sold out when your
order is received, we will contact you by e-mail within 24 hours. You will
be notified with a UPS or FedEx tracking number when your order has been shipped.
The cost of standard shipping and handling is included in the product price.
At this time, The Black Squirrel Woodworking Company ships merchandise only to
locations within the continental United States and not to international
locations. Nor do we ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin
Islands.
Limited Editions

The Black Squirrel Woodworking Company
offers a Limited Edition version of
most
product designs. These
Limited Edition
pieces are labeled with our Company Logo, the number of the piece, and Chuck's Signature. A
"Certificate of Authenticity" is also included with each Limited Edition piece.
Items will be issued in the order which we have received your request. If
you wish, we will be glad to include your name and e-mail address on our
Limited Edition Special Customer List
when you purchase one of our Limited Edition products. As we introduce new products, we will
notify you of a month long private viewing prior to offering the product to the
general public. At the present time, we are limiting production to 500
of each product offered. When these have been sold out, we will discontinue production of
that item.

We are confident that you will be completely
satisfied with your purchase from The Black Squirrel Woodworking Company.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with
your purchase within a reasonable period of time, please return your purchase in
the original packaging, via UPS Ground, with your receipt. We will
exchange the product or issue a full refund, including your UPS shipping charges
for returning the product to us.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase after a
reasonable period of time, please contact us. We want to make an
adjustment that you will consider fair.
Sales Tax

Ohio State Sales Tax will be charged for
all items shipped within the State of Ohio.
